Daydream is a guided visualization and audio experience app designed to help you explore your goals, reduce anxiety, and connect with your future self through personalized audio stories and AI-guided conversations.
Daydream is not therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional mental health care. Our app provides general wellness and personal development tools for educational and entertainment purposes only.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or psychological distress, please contact a qualified mental health professional, call a crisis hotline, or go to your nearest emergency room.
By using Daydream, you acknowledge that:
You must be at least 13 years old to use Daydream. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using Daydream, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Please use a strong password and keep your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Daydream for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
Our content: All audio stories, visualizations, app design, and underlying technology are owned by Daydream and protected by intellectual property laws.
Your content: You retain ownership of the personal information and reflections you share. By using Daydream, you grant us a license to use this information to provide and improve our services.
Generated content: Personalized stories and audio are generated using your input combined with AI (Claude by Anthropic). You may use this content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Because this content is AI-generated, it may not always be perfectly accurate — use your own judgment.
Daydream offers both free and paid subscription tiers.
Free tier: Without a subscription, you can complete your first story intake — including story generation, visualization, and audio narration — and view daily reflection content. Ongoing conversations with the AI guide, additional stories, follow-up visualizations, and other premium features require a paid subscription.
iOS App (Apple App Store):
Daydream Premium is available on iOS through two auto-renewing subscription tiers:
Web app: Subscriptions purchased through the web are processed by Stripe. You can manage your web subscription through your account settings.
We may change subscription prices with reasonable notice. Price changes take effect at the start of the next subscription period after the change.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daydream and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
This includes damages for loss of profits, data, personal injury, emotional distress, decisions made based on app content, or service interruptions.
Our total liability for any claims related to Daydream is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $50, whichever is lesser.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Daydream and its owners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of others.
We strive to keep Daydream available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
Daydream uses third-party services to provide core features:
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the app or via email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
You may stop using Daydream at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
