Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Daydream collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information.
Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and any profile information you choose to provide.
Intake conversations: To personalize your experience, we ask you questions about your goals, aspirations, challenges, and preferences. Your responses help us create visualizations tailored to you.
Conversation history: We store the messages you exchange with Daydream — including intake conversations, ongoing home conversations, and any interactions used to generate stories or personalized content. This history is used to maintain context and improve your experience.
Voice data: When you use voice input, audio is streamed in real-time to our speech-to-text service (Deepgram) for transcription. We do not store raw audio recordings — only the resulting text transcription.
AI-generated content: Stories, visualizations, insights, and personalized narratives generated for you are stored in our database and associated with your account.
Payment information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by Apple (for iOS) or Stripe (for web). We do not directly store your credit card or bank account details.
Usage data: We collect information about how you use Daydream, such as features you access, sessions completed, and time spent in the app.
Device information: We may collect device type, operating system, browser type, and push notification tokens (if you opt in) to optimize your experience.
Log data: Our servers automatically record information including your IP address, access times, and pages viewed.

ElevenLabs: We use ElevenLabs to generate voice audio for your personalized visualizations. Text content is sent to ElevenLabs to create audio. See elevenlabs.io/privacy.
Deepgram: When you use voice input, audio is streamed to Deepgram for real-time speech-to-text transcription. See deepgram.com/privacy.
